| What are the timings of the event? |
7pm - 8pm: Pre-dinner drinks reception in the Great Room
8pm - 11pm: Dinner and speeches in the Great Room
11pm - 1am: Bars open for after dinner drinks and entertainment |

| Is there a deadline for booking tickets? |
| Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and as demand is high, it is advisable to complete and return the attached booking form as soon as possible. |

| What happens after I have returned the booking form? |
A confirmation letter, invoice/remittance, guest list and table plan will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. The table plan and guest list should be completed and returned 5 weeks prior to the event. Late substitutes and amendments will be accepted after this date but BRC cannot guarantee entry in the official dinner programme.
Any special access or dietary requirements should be specified on the guest list or notified in writing. |

| Where will I be seated? |
All seating will be on the main floor of the Great Room (no tables will be situated on the Rink Balcony).
Single ticket holders will be seated at the discretion of the British Retail Consortium (single ticket holders from the same organisation will be seated at the same table).
Table plans for those booking tables of 10 or 12 should be completed and returned to the events team by Friday 20th August. For those organisations that book more than one table, the BRC will try to ensure that their tables will be situated together. |

| Where can I download table plans? |
| Table plan forms will be available to download nearer the time of the event. |

| What should I wear? |
| Black tie/cocktail dress should be worn. |

| Where should I stay? |
Overnight accommodation is NOT included in the ticket price. However, this can be arranged through BRC’s official hotel booking agent, 1Stopvenues, who have negotiated preferential rates at Grosvenor House and other nearby hotels.
