APPROVED TRAINING PROVIDERS : HOW THE ATP SCHEME WORKS

HOW THE APPROVED TRAINING PROVIDER SCHEME WORKS
The BRC Approved Training Provider Scheme was created to develop a directory of internationally recognised trainers who can deliver BRC training courses around the world. ATP applicants have to attend an initial interview. Individual's skills, experience and their company procedures will be evaluated and all applicants must have a minimum of 5 years auditing experience. When these criteria have been met, a simple registration process is completed and successful applicants will be issued with a Certificate of Competence.

Successful trainers are licensed on an annual basis and their details are added to the ATP database on the BRC Global Standards Directory website. They enjoy the full backing of the BRC. They are provided with all the necessary training materials to carry out BRC courses. In addition, trainers will be able to use the prestigious ATP Logo on all their communication materials.

Since its launch in 2002, the ATP team has grown to 82 International Trainers and now covers every continent.
