BRC 13th Annual Crime Survey 2005-2006

The BRC is undertaking the 13th annual survey of crime against retailers. The survey uncovers the truth about the daily thefts, damage and violence suffered by retailers across the UK.
By answering the survey you are giving us the vital information we need to pressure both Government and Police to take crimes against retailers seriously.
In addition to the normal quantitative questions on retail crime, this year the larger retailers are being asked to provide qualitative information on best practice, general shrinkage and give their views on the Government and Police performance in reducing retail crime.
For the first time, SME retailers are being asked qualitative questions on crime to see how crime affects them and to gauge their opinion. They will be asked whether crime has increased or decreased and what areas of crime have become more or less of an issue. As with the larger questionnaire, they will also be asked about the Governments and police performance and attitude in relation to retail crime.
The survey is being conducted until 12th May. Please download and fill out the questionnaire that applies to your business below.
