These are the current age restrictions set out under various laws in the England and Wales for the goods and services listed. They are correct at the time of launching the PASS website.

However, these age restrictions are subject to changes in the law – it is the responsibility of those retailing age-restricted products to keep up to date with any alterations. Contact your local trading standards department or your trade representative body for advice and guidance.

Goods or services must not be supplied to anyone UNDER the ages listed below.
