PASS Secretariat to send application pack

The scheme applying prepares a written submission providing information and evidence detailing how the scheme meets the standard criteria

Completed written submission to be sent to the PASS Secretariat

PASS Secretariat will send the written submission to Trading Standards

Trading Standards will contact the card scheme applicant to make arrangements for the initial audit

Trading Standards to prepare a report for the PASS Secretariat with a recommendation

The PASS Secretariat to send this information to the PASS Board

The PASS Board to indicate its decision and notify the applicant accordingly
