The Employment Policy Action Group (PAG) is responsible for the BRC's strategic and policy input to Government and other stakeholders on employment related issues. It also provides members with an opportunity to share best practice and benchmark themselves against other retailers.
The Employment PAG is currently working on issues including:
- National Minimum Wage
- National Insurance Contributions
- Diversity
- Skills
