Contact BRC Global Standards Department If you would like to speak to the BRC about the Global Standards, please contact Matthew Perry, Customer Services Co-ordinator on +44 (0) 20 7854 8939. The BRC welcomes feedback on any aspects of the operation of the Global Standards scheme. This may include comments on the performance of a certification body or auditor and such feedback is considered by our Technical Advisory Committees as part of our performance management of certification bodies. The BRC also has a formal referral process for complaints. From time to time failure to apply the principles and criteria of the BRC Global Standards at certificated sites may be reported to the BRC by, for example, retailers and companies conducting their own audits. In this event, the BRC will request a documented report of the reasons for the complaint, and refer this report to the certification body conducting the audit. The BRC will require a full investigation of the issues raised and a report from the certification body submitted to the BRC within 28 calendar days.
